Choose the best necklace length

Necklace comes in variety os sizes and length. As a general rule, the commonly available necklace length is as below:

• 16" - Choker length
• 17-18" - at collarbone
• 20" - A few inches below collarbone
• 22" - At or above neckline
• 24" - or longer extend below the neckline
• 24-26" - hangs at bust line
• 30” - just below the bust line
• 36” - hangs above the nave

For a name necklace, many prefer a necklace length that sits at the collarbone as the name may seems awkward if it sits too low. Depending on the necklace you are buying, other necklaces may be awesome when they are longer. It is up to you where will you like your necklace to sit, just make sure to choose the best necklace length for your gift!
